Your week

A running order for your whole day.

Put anything on the Schedule: tonight's film, an episode, a chapter, a match, an album. EyeCandy lays the day out in order, lights up what is on now with the time left, and reminds you before the next thing starts.

  • Release days fill themselves in. Track something that is not out yet and it lands on your Schedule the day it comes out.
  • Your iPhone Calendar gets a copy. Move an EyeCandy event in the Calendar app and the Schedule moves with it.
  • Days can have a theme. Make Friday anime night. It is a guide, never a rule.

Lock Screen

While it's on, it's on your Lock Screen.

Anything timed on your Schedule gets a Live Activity: the poster, the time left and a bar that fills as it goes. Football matches you follow get a live scoreboard instead, with the clock, the goals and the red cards.

Title pages

Every title gets a proper page.

Trailers play right there on the page. Scores from IMDb, TMDB, MyAnimeList and Metacritic sit beside your own, so you can see where you and everyone else disagree.

Ratings

One rating scale for everything.

Rate a film, an anime, a game and an album the same way, then sort by what you thought. Choose from four rating styles. When you finish something, a few quick questions keep what you made of it.

  • IMDb scores, when you want them. Switch them on in Settings, for films, shows, single episodes and anime.
  • Lists that know where you are. Still watching, finished, dropped, each with its own count.
The Rated list: 211 films and shows, filters for Still Watching, Finished and Dropped, each row with its IMDb score and the owner's own.

Swipe through new films, shows, anime or manga: up to save it for later, right if you have seen it, left to skip. Or spin your own library and watch whatever it lands on.

Sport

Match days, next to everything else.

Follow your teams across 16 football competitions, the NBA and tennis. While a match is on, the score keeps itself up to date. Kick-off, goals and full time come to you as alerts, and every match has its own page with the line-ups, the stats and the player ratings.

Candy

Candy has read your library.

Ask for something you have not seen, your top-rated shows, or what to read next. Candy reads your ratings, lists and Schedule before it answers, can add things for you, and can tell you what a film or a show is from a photo.

Candy is AI and can be wrong. 15 messages a day, or 100 when you link three accounts.

Your year

Your year, counted.

Days active, your longest streak, your average rating, your top genre and your watch time, all year long. In December your Recap opens: a look back at the year, story by story, set to your top songs.

Your Stats for 2026: 1,221 items, 84 days active, an 11 day streak, average rating 7.2, top genre Action, 1,451 hours, and 57 days until the 2026 Recap opens.

Import your IMDb ratings or your MyAnimeList lists. Link the accounts you already use and your lists come across, then stay in step.

Watching or reading in Safari? The EyeCandy Safari extension moves your episode or chapter count on the sites you allow.

Profile

Your library in one number.

Everything you have watched, read, played and listened to, with your ratings and your stats. You sign in with Apple, and your library is backed up, so it comes back on a new iPhone.

The Profile: 1,222 titles, 410 rated, average 7.2, with Watchlist and Rated counts for anime, films and shows, and manga.

EyeCandy is not on the App Store yet. It is being tested on iPhone now. When it is out, the download link will be right here.
